I woke up this morning and my cell phone was vibrating, I thought that it was a server that had gone down and these were the inbound emails…but alas it was just the deluge of emails from Youtube about my Microsoft Store video.

Well back to the grind, feel free to poke around.
I just hope that Microsoft has a sense of humor. Some of those comments are scathing.

Go away you astroturfing, corporate shill.
haha, that video was a laugh, alright!
Truth in advertising: I’m surprised no one has pointed out that this blog is called “SUBTLE PERSUASIONS”! If that is not a euphemism for astroturfing, then I don’t know what is.
I feel sorry for the negative comments towards Brad. They really should be directed at Microsoft.
Klitz, don’t be stupid. Brad’s probably not even a real person but a bunch of Microshit’s marketing guys trying to make it look like a legit person. It wouldn’t be even remotely surprising.
Oh how interesting. Perhaps “Brad” would care to explain why his Whois lists a marketing website http://www.webheat.com/ as his company?
So, “Brad”, you’re sure you want to keep claiming you’re not getting some kind of Microsoft kickback for your astroturfing? Because you’re looking even more full of shit than I thought was possible.
It would appear “Brad” has decided to silence the truth by enabling comment moderation. Someone’s running with his tail between his legs.

pathetic
“Transparent and creepy” as one of your YouTube commenters put it, is really the best way of describing you and your attempts to whore out a crappy video virally acting like you just ‘happened’ to be there. And you actually work for a marketing company! The ‘coincidences’ just keep piling up, don’t they?
You must be the Andy Kaufman of bloggers. It would be a real shame if you really beleved it what you wrote. You may be an idiot but I suspect that you are either darkly cinical or getting paid somethig for “advertising” for Microsloth. It makes me want to go into the Microsoft store and shoot some video of myown.
You’re really Sara Palin aren’t you? Going Rogue over a Microsoft store, you are such a maverick!
When I read what you wrote on your Microsoft shopping experience my senses are overrun with putridness, reminiscence of swill and vomit. I am reminded of opening the stall door in a public restroom and finding someone left the john covered with diarrhea. Your text smells about the same.
“I feel sorry for the negative comments towards Brad. They really should be directed at Microsoft.”
Klitz, I disagree. Brad is presenting himself as a legitimate bystander who just happened to be at the right place at the right time, with a video camera to capture the moment. He’s a fraud and is being treated as such.
As others have said, I’d file this whole thing under “seemed like a good idea at the time.”
Way to go Brad! Thanks for showing us all the lameness that I only had imaged happened at a MS store. Much like MS software, lots of show and no go.
Did anyone even see the lady shop lifting in the video?? i laughed so hard..
