		<description>it failed because the owner was a coke head and snorted away the profits and spent it on luxury items like a new plane, a new yacht, a new Hummer, office space in Newport Beach. XO Communications was never in business with DISC, DISC had failed to pay every tier 1 provider they ever had, Sprint, AT&amp;T, etc, and service was shut off. When they had no more providers to burn, they close the doors. The problem wasn&#039;t XO, it was DISC management.</description>

		<description>I am looking for former employees and users of Disc to discover why this company crashed.  Why a company that was drawing in huge amounts of cash would fail.
Also would like to talk to any customer that made payments to anyone other than to Disc&#039;s main office.
